Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with rt89. Creating multiple Accounts, using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended, all bets will be voided, and all funds will be forfeited. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method verification.

To use rt89 betting services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian ID card (KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. rt89 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time before processing withdrawals or at our discretion. Required documents may include:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed. We process KYC verification requests within 24-72 hours during normal business operations.

In rare cases, processing may take up to 15-30 minutes depending on your financial institution's systems. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your rt89 Account registration details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reverse deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name and to close your Account if third-party funding is detected. This policy prevents money laundering and payment fraud.
From time to time, rt89 may offer deposit bonuses and promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.
You may withdraw funds from your Account Balance to your registered Indonesian bank account at any time, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze and Silver members can expect processing within 1-24 hours, while Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing typically completed within 1-6 hours. Actual bank transfer time depends on your receiving bank's processing schedule and is outside rt89's control.
All withdrawal requests may be subject to security checks and identity verification. First-time withdrawals require KYC document submission. We may request additional verification for large withdrawals, unusual account activity, or when fraud is suspected. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching your KYC documents.
To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Funds received as bonuses have specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in withdrawal denial and potential Account review.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. Once a bet is confirmed and a transaction ID is issued, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be canceled by the User. In the event of disputes, our transaction records are considered definitive.

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to fraudulent activity or Terms violation. In the event of a dispute between you and rt89 regarding bet settlements, account balance discrepancies, bonus terms, or any other matter, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution.
